The Schaffa Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that supports the most vulnerable members of our communities, running Street Buffet which feeds the homeless every week at Woolloomooloo and Maroubra in New South Wales.

With Street Buffet being well established and ready to expand to new locations in 2019, new concepts and programs are being developed that align with the mission of the organisation and will ultimately help even more people by providing them a stepping stone to rebuilding confidence and life skills for the long term solutions of homelessness.

Food and Grocery
Our primary activity involves collecting food and grocery donations and distributing them to homeless individuals and less fortunate families. Through these efforts, they aim to alleviate hunger and provide essential support to those in need within their community.
Our work is fueled by the generosity of donors and the dedication of volunteers, all coming together to make a significant impact on food insecurity issues locally.
Clothing and Essential items
We believe in the power of community and generosity. Through the kindness of donors and the dedication of volunteers, we collect and distribute a wide range of items that enhance daily living for those facing hardship.
Whether it’s a warm coat for the winter, a toy that brings joy to a child, or household essentials that make a house a home, every donation makes a meaningful difference.
